Delivery / Moving Assistant - London

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Help take the stress out of moving for our customers by providing a professional, end to end moving service.
2. 2. Ensures the move estimate is realistic if not, discusses same with Customer and completes documentation.
3. 3. Wraps furniture and completes the move.
4. 4. Thanks Customer, signs off job, collects payment.
5. 5. Proactively looks for customer feedback.
6. 6. Keeps vehicle and equipment clean and in good repair.
7. 7. Answering customer queries as and when required.

Personal characteristics:

1. 1. Pleasant friendly personality
2. 2. Courteous, respectful manner
3. 3. Well groomed, neat uniformed appearance
4. 4. Strength and ability to carry and load items
5. 5. Ability to work closely with both moving and office team
6. 6. Ability to calculate fees for moving and other services
7. 7. Fully committed to ensuring high standards of customer service on every move

Other Important Items:

1. 1. Must have a clean driving record
2. 2. Must be able to provide a criminal record check

Class 2 Drivers - London

Key Responsibilities:

1. 1. Driving vans and large trucks.
2. 2. Packing and moving household goods, office furniture and other heavy items.
3. 3. Carrying items and packing a truck for safe transport of customers belongings.
4. 4. Correctly calculating the charges for services and keeping truck and equipment clean and in good repair.

3. 3. Well groomed, neat uniformed appearance
4. 4. Strength and ability to carry and load items
5. 5. Ability to work closely with both moving and office team
6. 6. Ability to calculate fees for moving and other services
7. 7. Fully committed to ensuring high standards of customer service on every move

Other Important items:

1. 1. Must have a clean driving record. (Presently may not have more than 4 points, cannot have reckless or careless driving violations or any alcohol related violations).
2. 2. Must be able to drive a van, a cube van and an 18-26 foot straight truck.
3. 3. Must be able to perform daily maintenance check on trucks (gas, oil, water, etc).
4. 4. Must be able to provide criminal record check
