We wish to give our customers a peace of mind, safely packing and wrapping [done upon request] all your precious items via bubble wrap/cardboard boxes minimising risks of any damage during loading and unloading.
Packing with extra care
We ensure to see what might be needing of extra care for those items that are extra fragile would be safely packed away and hence put separate to the rest of the load. At no extra cost.
Insurance
We have goods in transit insurance to cover the cost of goods if there is an unlikely event of damages to your goods due to negligence or unforeseen circumstances e.g. accident.

Delicate Packing service
You can request anything that requires delicate packaging i.e. Items that requires extra safety whilst handling. Please know that there will be a small additional cost to the overall removal cost. And delicate packaging will be labelled clearly on the box. We do not take liability for any damages to fragile items during transit.

It is inevitable that there will be some after math when moving in and out of a property but our expert removals staff have tonnes of experience in making sure that your property and possessions are secured in order to eliminate any accidental damage that could be caused during your move.

Man and Van Charges
Minimum Booking is 2 hrs

We recommend Amigo and Van services for urgent deliveries and small moves. If you are looking to move delicate items, we would recommend using our removals service where our staff would ensure that your items are safely packed and your property is secured with relevant materials so to significantly reduce and eliminate the chances of any damage to property or possessions.
We do not take responsibility for any items that are not safely packed or boxes and cartons which are excessively loaded; it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure to pack their belongings safely and load boxes and carton sensibly to avoid any damage during transit.
We recommend using our removals service to ensure peace of mind and stress free move. Amigo and Van is not always the cheaper and safer option when moving belongings.
Extra charges
We do not like to hide so below there are lists of charges that you will ALWAYS be made aware of BEFORE we carry out any works:
- Climbing extra floors during either pick up or drop off
- Special items are not included in Man and Van service e.g. Pianos or items weighing in excess of 200kg
If a call centre staff have not informed of the charges, the driver will always confirm BEFORE starting any works.
Removal tips
Preparing
- Defrost your refrigerator in time for moving day.
- It's useful to keep a notebook at hand to write down reminders.
- Get in touch with utility companies to verify service start dates at your new home.
Packing and labeling
- Label boxes on all sides so you can see what it contains in a stack without having to move everything around.
- Clearly mark boxes containing fragile goods.
- Pack a suitcase with clothes and toiletries like you are going on a trip for a few days.
